Watershed Warriors: Fallbrook Community Cleanup

Join I Love A Clean San DiegoKeeping Fallbrook Litter Free, and the County of San Diego for a litter cleanup in Fallbrook! We will divert litter from the Santa Margarita Watershed and keep it from traveling to the Pacific Ocean.

Our staff will be set-up with a check-in table at Don Dussault County Park. Join us at 9am for a talk by our Education Team about our watersheds and recycling right, then grab supplies and help us clean up!

This event requires a signed release-of-liability waiver for all volunteers, and anyone under 18 needs a waiver signed by a guardian.

Watershed Warriors: Fallbrook Community Cleanup

Join ILACSD, the Fallbrook Beautification Alliance, and the County of San Diego for a Fallbrook litter cleanup on Saturday, January 12th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Volunteers will meet at the Don Dussault County Park located at 832 Alturas Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028. This cleanup will serve as the kick off for ILACSD’s 2019 Watershed Warriors cleanup series and Fallbrook Beautification Alliance’s Keeping Fallbrook Litter-free program! We will meet at Don Dussault County Park to divert waste from the Santa Margarita watershed and preserve the area’s natural beauty!

ILACSD will bring all the cleanup supplies and explain the impact of this cleanup on our watershed. We also provide community service hours and Letters of Appreciation for volunteers. This is a great opportunity for students and families to learn ways to protect our local environment!

We encourage volunteers to bring your own reusable items such as water bottles, work gloves, and buckets to promote zero waste practices and help us in our mission to have a zero waste, litter free and environmentally engaged San Diego region!

All volunteers are required to fill out a waiver form to participate and anyone under the age of 18 needs a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.
