ILACSD provides free educational workshops and webinars for residents! Topics include zero waste living, green routines, sustainable fashion, decreasing plastic usage and recycling, organic waste reduction and more. Workshops
Our workshops are in-person events consisting of a short presentation followed by interactive discussion, practical ideas to reduce our waste, as well as make and take home activities. Workshops are one to two hours in length depending on the topic.
Webinars
Our webinars are virtual events consisting of a 45 to 60 minute to presentation hosted by ILACSD staff. Local experts from the community are often in attendance to speak and answer questions during the webinar. Webinars are hosted via zoom, and all registrants receive special access to follow-up resources and a link to the live recording following the event.
