City of Carlsbad’s Earth Month Celebration

Join I Love A Clean San Diego for a day of family-friendly and sustainable activities at the City of Carlsbad’s Earth Month Celebration, “Protect Our Planet, One Bin at a Time!” We will be having two Do-It-Yourself Workshops where you can learn how to reduce your waste and upcycle your used items into something new.
- Rescue Food & Restore the Earth- Join the Eco-Print with Food Waste Workshop led by Lauren Paul Jones of Sound as Color and upcycle your old clothing using onion skins.
- Protect Our Resources- Skip the single-use dryer sheets and create your own with upcycled fabrics that can be used again and again!
Participate in one or both and enjoy the rest of the day in the park as we celebrate our planet!
