DESCRIPTION:Join I Love A Clean San Diego\, the City of Encinitas\, and The Local Scoop for a day of swapping and zero waste! Drop off the clothes\, shoes\, and accessories you found during your Spring cleaning and grab some low-waste and refillery goods while you’re at it. Let’s slow down the consumption of new items\, and exchange them so they can find another home and stay out of our landfills.
